1 1/4 cups rolled oats
2 pinches salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave. etc.)
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons coconut cream or full fat coconut milk
1 1/4 cups mixture of coconut water
1. Combine all ingredients together, except for the rolled oats.
2. Once well combined, add rolled oats and mix well.
3. Transfer to a jar, seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
