16 oz pasta of your choice
1 cup Italian dressing
1 small red onion, diced
1 medium yellow squash, diced
¾ cup corn kernels
1 heaping cup cauliflower florets, steamed
1 heaping cup broccoli florets, steamed
2/3 cup sliced black olives
½ cup marinated artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 bunch flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
1. Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.
2. Drain pasta and transfer to a large bowl.
3. Pour dressing over the pasta while still warm. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
