1 cup rolled oats
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 pinches salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or any sweetener)
1 cup water
1/2 cup fresh blueberries (ya another one)
1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
2. Transfer to a small jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
